Good to know

Coconut cream or cream of coconut?

This page uses coconut cream. Sweetened cream of coconut generally contains substantial added sugar and changes the balance.

Can I make it without a blender?

A shaken variation is possible, but it will not recreate this blended icy texture. These instructions use a blender.

Why is there no exact ice weight?

The selected source does not specify one, and glass size and appliance affect the amount. We do not invent a measured quantity.
