Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use define the rules for using the Cheers! application ("App"), available for Android mobile devices.

The owner and developer of the App is Jarosław Bielawski, based in Poland ("Developer").

By using the App, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

Cheers! is an educational and informational application that enables estimation of blood alcohol concentration (BAC) and monitoring of alcohol consumption.

The App is not intended for diagnostics, treatment, nor does it provide medical or legal advice.

The results provided by the App are indicative only and should not be used as a basis for making decisions regarding driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity requiring sobriety.

3. Terms of Use

The user agrees to use the App in accordance with applicable laws, good practices, and these Terms of Use.

The user is fully responsible for the consequences of using the App, including any decisions made based on its results.

The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or these Terms of Use.

4. Free and Paid Versions

The App offers a free version with limited functionality and a Premium/Lifetime version, which can be unlocked through a purchase in Google Play.

5. Privacy and Technical Data

Cheers! does not collect or process personal data such as name, surname, email address, or telephone number.

To ensure proper operation, license management, and quality improvement, the App transmits anonymous technical data to the Developer's server, including: device identifier (android_id), installation identifier (installation_id), app and system version, device parameters, country, language, time zone, and anonymous license purchase data.

This data does not allow direct identification of the user and is not used for marketing purposes nor shared with third parties.

If in the future the App introduces features requiring the processing of personal data, the user will be clearly informed, and the rules will be specified in Privacy Policy.

6. Copyright

All rights to the App, its graphic, textual, and functional elements belong to the Developer or third parties from whom the Developer has obtained appropriate licenses.

Copying, modifying, distributing, or otherwise using the App beyond the scope provided for in these Terms of Use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Developer makes every effort to ensure that the App operates correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Developer is not liable for decisions made by the user based on the results from the App, especially those related to driving or other activities requiring sobriety.

The App does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or laboratory tests.

8. Final Provisions

The Developer reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. The current version will be available in the App and on Google Play.

In matters not regulated by these Terms of Use, the provisions of Polish law apply, unless otherwise provided by the law in the user’s country.
