Small details, better drinks
- Avoid grinding the white pith aggressively.
- Cachaça is a different ingredient from white rum.
- A whole lime gives variable juice volume: we show alcohol grams without estimating ABV.
Good to know
Can I use vodka?
That makes a Caipiroska, a different variation.
Why is ABV not calculated?
The juice comes from a whole fruit and its volume is not measured.
Do I need a shaker?
No. Build it directly in the glass.
