Ice
- Fill the vessel with ice cubes; the amount depends on its size.
- Melting ice dilutes the drink and is not included in measured ingredient volume.

How to make it

- Check the ginger beer label: this recipe assumes an alcohol-free product.
- Use a mug suitable for acidic drinks.
- An ordinary serving glass also works.

Does ginger beer contain alcohol?
Some products do. This recipe uses a non-alcoholic version.
Can I use ginger ale?
It changes the flavour and ginger intensity from the ginger beer recipe.
Is a copper mug essential?
No. A suitably sized glass works too.
